What is the Value of a Design Thinking Program?

“It’s not ‘us versus them’ or even ‘us on behalf of them.’
For a design thinker it has to be ‘us with them’”
— Tim Brown, CEO and President of IDEO

The end result of this program will be an increased sensitivity to our users and the active participation of them in our design process.  We should see better adoption of our tools and applications, we will become better partners to our customers and to our teams that we work with every day.

Design Thinking will allow us to increase the value of our products by not only improving their utility but by helping us achieve our own CX6 goals - we will be able to help our customers grow, to understand them and to surprise and delight them.

At the very least we will have empathetic teams who collaborate in a creative and meaningful way to craft the best experiences.  In many instances we will see new Design Thinking Leaders emerge who will continue shape the future of Asurion as a customer focused company and provide continued growth and increased shareholder value.
