We’re designing the next generation of enterprise products and services.

We are looking for talented designers and thinkers to add to our Nashville based UX design team and lead a user-first/design-first approach to our products, emotionally connect with users and drive behavior via discovery, exploration, engagement, and reward.

The UX Designer creates a compelling experiences for users of Soluto products, drawing on results from user research, testing and workflow analysis. With strong creative, technical and problem-solving skills, this role is highly collaborative with product management and engineering. In this position, you will be responsible for all visual design, and intimately involved in information architecture, user research, and behavior analysis.

The hiring process

We see interviews as an approximation to what working together could be like, so we try to make them as close as possible to the actual work. This also means that interviews are a great chance for you to check us out. We have our own unique culture and atmosphere around the office, and this is a good chance to find out if we're a good match for you.

You can expect to meet about four of our designers in total, as well as a Product Manager and Senior Developer. Most interviews take half a day and we try to pack as much into the time as possible so we can get to know you better and vice-versa.
